Job Duties:
HungerRush, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking experienced Sr. Software Developer(s) to design and program applications using Enterprise library framework and .Net framework. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts, as well as experience with .NET development and cloud development technologies, to perform the duties of the position.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework.
  • Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Write and debug SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Create robust applications using C# programming language.
  • Develop and maintain applications utilizing VB.NET.
  • Build dynamic web applications using ASP.NET MVC architecture.
  • Implement interactive features and enhance user experience using jQuery.
  • Utilize JavaScript for client-side scripting and dynamic content.
  • Develop single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular framework.
  • Create and maintain web applications using ASP.NET technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful services using Web API 2.0.
  • This position does not supervise the work of any other employees.

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, the company will accept a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering,

Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following:

  1. .NET development, including C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET technologies.
  2. SQL Server management
  3. Writing and debugging SQL scripts.
  4. Azure for application deployment and scaling.
  5. Front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
  6. Demonstrated experience developing RESTful services with Web API 2.0
No travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available.
