Job Overview
At HungerRush, our commitment is to revolutionize restaurant services. One of our products, OrderAI, is growing rapidly and as a result, the OrderAI team is also expanding. With this growth comes added complexity. As The OrderAI Onboarding SME you will play a pivotal role in the seamless integration of AI functionalities within our order management ecosystem. This individual will collaborate with both internal team members and external customers to ensure a smooth transition and efficient performance of AI-driven processes, while also coordinating essential AI training sessions.
This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
The OrderAI Onboarding SME will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven order processes in our organization. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- AI Database Management: Ensure that rooftops (individual store locations) are accurately added to the AI database, ensuring precision and up-to-date records.
- Communication with AI Development Team: Relay any special requests or modifications required, facilitating customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Internal Testing Management: Schedule and oversee internal AI testing sessions, ensuring product readiness before live deployment.
- Client Coordination: Engage with client points of contact to discern the status of installations and anticipate go-live dates.
- Menu Team Collaboration: Work hand in hand with the menu team to assess test cases, ensuring necessary fixes are implemented promptly.
- Delivery Zone Oversight: Maintain and periodically update delivery zones specific to each rooftop, ensuring accurate delivery service.
- Custom Prompt Development: Craft brand-specific custom AI prompts, enhancing the user experience and ensuring brand consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the AI development team to communicate potential upgrades or improvements, ensuring the product remains cutting-edge.
- Complex Test Order Management: Place intricate test phone orders, while also maintaining a record of any arising issues, ensuring constant feedback for system betterment.
- Training Sessions: Organize and conduct training sessions for monitoring agents, ensuring they are equipped to handle AI-driven processes.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related fields.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or related areas would be a plus
Experience
- Minimum at least 2 years of experience in a coordination or management role, preferably in tech or AI-focused industries.
- Demonstratable experience with AI platforms (large language models) or order management systems.
- Experience in training and coordinating with various teams.
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft-based computer environments
- Experience working in a team setting
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus
- Experience working in a growing ecosystem
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud computing platforms
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Python

- The ability to read and understand JSON, XML, and CSV file structures
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Analytical skills to assess, record, and resolve issues arising during testing or live operations.
- Customer-centric approach, ensuring clients' needs are always met with efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with menu management and order placement processes.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication
