Job Overview
HungerRush is currently in search of a highly motivated Senior Inside Sales Representative with a demonstrated history of success in outbound sales. We specifically seek an individual who is not only tech-savvy but also possesses a determined and achievement-oriented mindset. As a key member of our team, the Senior Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative Menufy Online Ordering product. The ideal candidate will leverage their proven track record in sales to contribute to the growth and success of HungerRush, making significant strides in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction through the adoption of our cutting-edge technology. This is a hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Overland Park office.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants nationwide to introduce Menufy's services. 

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities. 

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Menufy and tailor communication to address the unique needs of each prospect. 

  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute targeted outreach campaigns. 

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. 

  • Manage a client pipeline utilizing Salesforce 

  • Build a productive and trusted relationship with all prospective clients by maintaining close communication during various stages of the sales and implementation process. 

  • Ensure understanding and interpreting client needs and record appropriate solutions to meet requirements. 

  • Convert cold calls, inbound calls, and referrals into clients. 

  • Enhance Sales performance by continuously acquiring product and industry knowledge. 

  • Research target markets and trends and adjust strategies accordingly. 

Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in the Overland Park, KS - Kansas City, MO Metro Area
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Cold call experience
  • Heavy closing sales experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
Preferred
  • CRM experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Restaurant experience a plus


Base: $59,000
OTE: Uncapped
