Job Overview

Does partnering with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Finance, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams to better enable the sales organization’s performance excite you?   

The Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator role will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations and consistently support the needs of the selling organization. The goal of this role is to act as a support person for the sales team to achieve their targets through tech stack, reporting, and process updates and efficiencies. This teammate will contribute to the development of new ideas, work on selling analysis, and execute upon cross-functional objectives geared towards collaboratively solving for company initiatives.  

This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, reporting, forecasting, and other efforts owned by Sales Operations  
  • Track and analyze sales data  
  • Ensure the integrity of historic and current sales data  
  • Establish new users across all systems within the sales tech stack  
  • Support the refinement of processes that focus on seller efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity  
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth  
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team(s) to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics and policies are adopted across the sales org  
  • Work cross-functionally to improve integration between Salesforce and other mission-critical systems, including NetSuite, Outreach, HubSpot, ChiliPiper, Gainsight, Brizo, and GuideCX.  
  • Support the field sales team on execution of quote processes, pricing, configuration, and contracting terms across the systems  
  • Provide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in the sales tech stack  

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Has a passion for sales support and data – AKA: Sales Operations   
  • Understands the value of clean data, process integrity, and org-wide collaboration/buy-in    
  • Possesses strong communication skills and a desire to work effectively across Sales, GTM, Customer Success, and Executive team(s)  
  • Takes a proactive approach to the role where they not only identify the problem but propose solutions and execution plans to the larger team(s)

  • Exemplary written/verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills both upstream and downstream  
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, GuideCX, VOIP dialers, and Microsoft products  
  • You are organized and efficient and desire to learn new technologies and processes quickly. You deliver results in a demanding environment with multiple competing priorities under minimal supervision  
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile company with the ability to manage changing requirements

  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute  
  • High proficiency with tools including but not limited to: Salesforce, Lessonly, NetSuite, Outreach, Congo, Hubspot, RingCentral, Gong, Clari, Gainsight, GuideCX, and Microsoft products  
  • Highly organized, sales-focused, strong attention to detail  
  • 3+ year(s) of experience in sales operations, sales, product marketing, or a combination of related fields, with a SaaS background   
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
