Position Overview

Work with restaurant partners to regularly review, retain and optimize service with Menufy by HungerRush. Check the customer’s brand web presence across platforms like Google, Apple, Facebook, Yelp, and more. Work closely with our highest volume restaurant partners to ensure continued success. Focus on customer outreach, retention, new product/service awareness, and order improvement coaching.  

This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Washington. Access to an office space is available in Overland Park, KS and Houston, TX. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assess customer needs, provide expertise and knowledge on product features, and provide consulting services regarding available options  
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business  
  • Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers’ information on search engines and Google Business Profiles  
  • Communicate with other organizations like Google Support to assist our customers' needs  
  • Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries  
  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors  
  • Review customer’s business settings and modify them as needed to optimize the success of the customer  

Required Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent


  • Minimum of 2-year industry or related experience required  
  • Minimum of 3-year customer service experience required  
  • 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred  
  • Bilingual in either Chinese or Thai

What Tou Need For This Position

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)  
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organization  
  • Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets  
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organization  
  • Experience using Zendesk is preferred  
  • Experience using Gainsight is preferred  
  • Experience with Google Business Profiles, Apple Listings, and Bing Places for Business preferred  
  • Secondary language (particularly Thai or Chinese) helpful
