Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically-savvy Integrations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring and deploying third-party and local integrations as well as mobile app deployment efforts across Android and iOS platforms. This person will work directly with clients and internal teams to scope, plan, and execute software integrations. You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing clear communication throughout the process, and ensuring integrations are completed smoothly and successfully. An important part of this role includes auditing existing workflows and integrations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support  integrations (e.g. Third party integrations, Mobile app deployments, loyalty )
  • Manage end-to-end mobile app deployment processes, including app store submissions, branding, testing, and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and deployment issues with attention to detail and urgency
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to gather requirements and communicate technical updates
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional training initiatives related to integrations and mobile apps
  • Monitor and ensure successful data flow between systems and identify opportunities for optimization

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, software configuration, or systems integration
  • Experience deploying mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, and github platforms is a plus

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail tech space
  • Previous experience with mobile app design
  • Third Party integration knowledge such as Doordash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub
